Pre-Order Guidelines and FAQs
- What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure your desired size and colour of an item before it becomes available in stock. You make the payment at the time of pre-order, and once the stock arrives, we promptly ship it out. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window to return it for a refund.
- Estimated Arrival for Pre-Orders
The expected arrival month is shown at the top of the product page. This is the month when the product will arrive in our warehouse. We will promptly post to you once it has arrived.
- Combining Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
Should you wish to order both pre-order and in-stock items, you can do so in the same order. We will split the delivery and send you separate tracking notification emails for the deliveries.
- Need Help with Sizing?
For sizing assistance, please refer to the garment measurements included in the product page, or the size guide link on the product page. If uncertainty persists, you have the option to purchase two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit for a refund.
- In-Store Pre-Orders
Absolutely, you can also pre-order items in-store. Rest assured that your payment remains refundable if the item doesn't meet your expectations.
- Planning to be Away During the Delivery Month?
That's ok, we can hold your parcel here until you wish us to post it.
