Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • $10 for orders under $200 (Australia-wide)
    • Free for orders $200+ (Australia-wide)

  • Express Shipping:

    • $15 for orders under $500 (Australia-wide)
    • Free for orders $500+ (Australia-wide)

  • International Shipping:

    • New Zealand: AU$25
    • Other countries: AU$35


Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched on business days after payment and address confirmation. We aim for same-day dispatch if your order is placed by 11 am AWST, Monday to Friday (stock permitting). Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Most deliveries arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 14 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the original order to them, and the shipping cost of returning the order to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Out of Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund.


Delivery Issues

If something goes wrong with your delivery, please email us at info@obriensclothingco.com.au, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Safe Delivery

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If you're not home, Australia Post will leave a collection card for pickup at your nearest post office.

Stolen Parcels After Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. O'Brien's Clothing Co are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

Damaged Parcels

O'Brien's Clothing Co are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. 

 



Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your order from our store 24 hours after placing it, on the next business day. We’ll notify you via email when it’s ready.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, please use our Returns Portal. You are responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.



International Shipping

  • Rates:

    • $25 for New Zealand
    • $35 for other countries

  • Delivery Time:

    Estimated 7-14 business days (may vary due to customs or other delays).

Insurance is not included. If you’d like to add insurance, contact us at info@obriensclothingco.com.au. Taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
