All orders are sent via Australia Post with your choice of shipping options:

  • $10 Standard Shipping on orders under $200 Australia wide
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $200+ Australia wide
  • $15 Express Shipping on orders under $500 Australia wide
  • Free Express Shipping on orders $500+ Australia wide
  • New Zealand International Standard Shipping AU$25
  • Other countries International Standard Shipping AU$35

Orders are dispatched on business days once funds and address details have been confirmed. We do offer Same-Day Dispatch where if your order is received by 11am Mon-Fri AWST we will endeavour to dispatch it that same day, stock permitting.

No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. Please note in some cases this process may take up to 24 hrs, but we will notify you immediately via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your unique shipping/tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your order online at Your order will be shipped hopefully overnight however, some areas can take 3-7 working days. (See for network postcodes). This excludes country areas which could take up to 14 business days.

Occasionally we may run low on supply of a popular item and be required to wait for delivery from our supplier. We will contact you via email/telephone in this instance. If we can not supply in an agreeable time frame, we will refund you purchase.

We understand that delivering what you order when you want it is the most important thing we have to do. If something goes wrong – please email us at and we will aim to fix the problem as soon as we can.

To ensure a safe delivery, we send all packages with "No Authority to Leave" at your unattended premises. If the postal delivery driver attempts to deliver your parcel when you are not home, they will leave a postal card in your letter box for you to collect the parcel from the advised post office.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

Please allow an extra business day for delivery during the following Australian public holidays.


  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We offer a flat rate of $25 for New Zealand and $35 other countries outside Australia for International Shipping.

7-14 Business Days approx. (Please note delivery time frames are a best estimate and can be affected by customs and COVID). We send it the same day as the order is placed and have no control over how quickly it will get to you.
