Not the right size, shape or fit? No problem! If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions to ensure you are eligible to return your item.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS


Conditions of Return/Exchange:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your goods. If 14 days have gone by since you received your parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, have all labels on the garment and you must have the receipt.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
    – Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    – Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will happily exchange the size or give a store credit. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
  • Your postal return/exchange is lodged in our online RETURNS PORTAL.

IN-STORE RETURN

You can return your online order to the O’Brien’s Clothing Co store in Perth WA for a refund/exchange providing you have the original receipt you would have received in your online order. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights: e.g., they are faulty or not as ordered). Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to use towards your next purchase in-store or online.

POSTAL RETURN

You can return your online order by lodging it in our online RETURNS PORTAL and posting it along with the online receipt to our Returns/Exchange address below and indicate the reason for the return in the Returns Portal. We will credit your original method of payment and currency, excluding delivery costs (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights: e.g., they are faulty or not as ordered), or we can issue you a credit note to use towards your next purchase in-store or online. Please indicate your preference.

Please note: all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by O’Brien’s Clothing Co. We recommend you use a trackable postal/courier service for your package, so you can track your parcel. Please do not re-use our courier bag and make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purposes.

How to RETURN an item:

Returning an item is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Lodge your return via our RETURNS PORTAL – click here.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete your lodgement. You will need your order number, name on the order and name of the items you are returning. Include the reason for your return in the lodgement.
  3. Complete the returns form and include this in the package.
  4. Pack your items in a postal pack to return.
  5. Arrange to send the package back to us with Australia Post or the courier of your choice. Returns/exchange shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  6. We will confirm receipt of your parcel via email and also of your refund via another email.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

There are 2 options available:

  1. You are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at O’Brien’s Clothing Co store in Perth WA, provided you have the original receipt and method of payment used for the purchase.
  2. To exchange your order through the online store please follow the instructions below indicating your requirements. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice. Standard delivery charges apply unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights: e.g., they are faulty or not as ordered.

How to EXCHANGE an item:

Returning an item for an exchange is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Lodge your return via our RETURNS PORTAL – click here.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, by the next working day.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@obriensclothingco.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a sale item is returned, it will be issued with a store credit. You may exchange a sale item for another size if available.

If you receive a damaged item 
We try our utmost to only send out items in perfect condition. However if you do receive an item that is damaged, either before packing or in transit, we will either replace it or give you a full refund including your initial postage cost. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please lodge the return in our online RETURNS PORTAL and send your item to: 33 Welwyn Avenue, Manning Perth WA Australia 6152. If you would like a refund, please lodge it in our online RETURNS PORTAL or email us on info@obriensclothingco.com.au. We can arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be emailed to you to cover the cost of returning the item to us. The refund will be made to you once the item has been received back in our office.

SHIPPING
To return your product, after lodging the return on our online RETURNS PORTAL you should mail your product to: 33 Welwyn Avenue, Manning Perth WA Australia 6152.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PHONE ORDERS RETURN: If you have placed your order over the phone with our staff, and you wish to return/exchange it, then please complete the form inside your parcel and return this form with your items to our address: 33 Welwyn Avenue, Manning Perth WA Australia 6152.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
